This is one of the best, if not the best hunter's saw available. Once you get
that elk down, you realize just what a large animal it really is.  Even after the
entrails are removed its a formidable mass to handle.  The Wyoming Saw is
just the tool to easily quarter the animal and make it much more
manageable.  The saw also easily cuts through the rib cage and pelvis to
help open up and cool the carcass down. This is essential to proper
handling of the meat.

This saw is superior to others because of its back-brace which keeps the blade
from buckling.  It's extremely strong.  Assembly and dissassembly takes only
seconds thanks to wing-nut connections.  It also quickly breaks down into a
light-weight small package that is very convenient to carry just as you would a
sheathed knife.  The Wyoming Saw I weighs only 18 ounces with the leather case
and 16 ounces with the camo case.

Back at camp, swap out the blade for the wood blade and cut up some wood for
the stove in the wall tent.

The Wyoming Saw comes in three lengths: 11 inch, 14 inch and 18 inch blades.  
However the 11 inch model (Wyoming Saw I) is adequate for almost all hunting

A word about cases - the leather is very nice and more traditional, also more
durable; the cordura is also very tough, lighter and of course in camo pattern which
